These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Norven Health website and services. By using Norven, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and located in a US state where Norven operates to use our services. Some treatments have additional age, medical, or state restrictions.

Not an emergency service

Norven is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Medical services

Medical services are provided by independent, US-licensed clinicians, not by Norven Health itself. Norven provides the technology platform and administrative support. A clinician may decline to prescribe treatment based on their medical judgment.

Payment, refunds & cancellation

Membership and medication fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once medication has been shipped. You can cancel future billing at any time from your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by providing false health information, attempting to obtain medication for someone else, or reselling prescribed medication. Violations may result in termination.

Disclaimers

The site and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Individual results vary.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norven's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
