Women's health
Care for the things no one talks about.
From perimenopause and low libido to stubborn adult acne — our clinicians specialize in women's health and prescribe treatments backed by real evidence.
Menopause
Hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
Perimenopause and menopause cause a drop in estrogen and progesterone — and with it, hot flashes, night sweats, broken sleep, brain fog, mood changes, weight shifts, and a loss of libido. HRT replaces what your body has stopped making, using body-identical hormones at the lowest effective dose.
Estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone where appropriate
Body-identical and FDA-approved options

Estradiol (estrogen)
Replaces the estrogen your ovaries have stopped producing. Best at relieving hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disruption, vaginal dryness, and protecting bone density.
Micronized progesterone
Body-identical progesterone. Required alongside estrogen if you still have a uterus, and often improves sleep and anxiety on its own.
Vaginal estrogen
A low-dose, local treatment for vaginal dryness, painful sex, and recurrent UTIs — without meaningful systemic absorption.
Low-dose testosterone
Used selectively for low libido, energy, or recovery in women where appropriate. Prescribed at female-physiologic doses, not male doses.
Sexual wellness
Libido, comfort, and confidence.
Low desire, painful sex, and difficulty with arousal are extremely common — and very treatable. We look at the whole picture: hormones, medications you're already on, sleep, stress, and relationship factors — and treat the parts that are biological.

Vaginal estrogen
First-line for vaginal dryness, irritation, and painful sex caused by hormonal change. Very low systemic absorption.
Testosterone (off-label)
Can meaningfully improve sexual desire in women with confirmed low libido, especially after menopause. Prescribed in female-physiologic doses only.
Bremelanotide
Also known as: Vyleesi
An FDA-approved option for premenopausal women with hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD). Used as needed before intimacy.
Flibanserin
Also known as: Addyi
An FDA-approved daily medication for premenopausal women with HSDD that works on brain chemistry rather than hormones.
Acne
Clear skin, prescribed.
Most over-the-counter acne products top out before they get the job done. Prescription treatments — used in the right combination — are how dermatologists actually clear stubborn hormonal, cystic, and adult acne. We'll build a regimen for your skin and adjust it over time.

Tretinoin
The gold-standard prescription retinoid. Speeds skin turnover, unclogs pores, and improves texture and tone. The backbone of most serious acne regimens.
Clindamycin
Kills the bacteria that drive inflamed pimples. Often combined with tretinoin or benzoyl peroxide in a single nightly cream.
Spironolactone
A daily pill that calms the androgen signal driving hormonal and jawline acne in women. One of the most effective tools for adult acne.
Azelaic acid
Treats acne and post-acne pigmentation gently — a good option for sensitive skin, rosacea-prone skin, or during pregnancy.
Common questions
Do I need recent lab work to start HRT?
Not always. Many menopause decisions are made based on symptoms. Your provider may request labs if it would change your care plan.
Is HRT safe?
For most healthy women within 10 years of menopause, the benefits of HRT outweigh the risks. Your provider will review your personal history before prescribing.
Can I be treated for more than one thing at once?
Yes. Many women come in for menopause and end up addressing libido or skin in the same plan. Your provider builds one cohesive regimen.
Is this covered by insurance?
Norven is a cash-pay service, which keeps pricing transparent and visits fast. Many medications can be filled at your local pharmacy with insurance if you prefer.
